Learning outcomes:
By the end of the course, participants will:
- Gain knowledge about hotel chains – their specific features, management and operational issues
- Learn about the process of expansion and identify the entry modes of international chains on new markets
- Be able to analyse and manage the process of affiliation to a hotel chain, adopting the individual hotel’s perspective
- Gain knowledge about operations and human resource management in a multicultural environment
- Gain knowledge about marketing and positioning of hotel chains, as well as identifying the advantages and disadvantages of individual hotel’s marketing within the hotel chain network
