On 2nd June 2020 our expert Stanislav Ivanov participated in a webinar on the future of hotel business after the coronavirus pandemic. The webinar was organised by Urbo as part of a larger event COBIZ-20 Business after the pandemic. Stanislav shared that the pandemic would stimulate the adoption of automation technologies for disinfection, providing physical distancing, social connectedness, or cut fixed costs. The post-viral hotel marketing would need to emphasise on flexible pricing, more price levels, free sale instead of commitment or allotment contracts, diversification of market segments and distributors.
