On 27–28 March 2026, the first Scientific and Technical Conference “Black Sea Experts” took place in Burgas, bringing together more than 65 researchers and experts.
The event was co-organized by the Zangador Research Institute, highlighting its active role in advancing scientific dialogue and collaboration. The other organizers were the Black Sea Experts Association and the Faculty of Technical Sciences at Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen.
A total of 40 scientific papers were presented, covering topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, robotics, sustainable development, education, and national security.
Key highlights included discussions on the application of artificial intelligence in engineering and transport, as well as its potential risks in security systems and home environments.
The conference papers will be published in a peer-reviewed proceedings volume.
