From 3rd to 17th February 2021 our expert Stanislav Ivanov had a course on Robots, Artificial intelligence, and Service automation in Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality at Klaipeda State University of Applied Sciences, Lithuania. The course was 14 contact hours long and covered the following topics:

• Theoretical frameworks for the study of RAISA technologies
• Economics fundamentals of RAISA
• Implementation of RAISA technologies in travel, tourism, and hospitality
