The consortium gathered in Athens for the annual FUTOURWORK meeting to discuss the digital transformation of tourism and hospitality and its impact on workers and businesses. A major focus was the preparation of our upcoming large-scale primary research, engaging different stakeholders across the sector.

The goal is clear: to provoke social dialogue and provide empowering, practical solutions — supporting workers to understand their rights, helping businesses improve wellbeing, and informing policymakers in building better regulations.
