On 7th and 14th December 2020 our expert, Stanislav Ivanov, was a guest lecturer in robots, artificial intelligence, and service automation (RAISA) in travel, tourism, and hospitality at Catholic University of Eichstatt-Ingolstadt, Germany. His lectures covered the overview of RAISA technologies, the drivers for their adoption, and the economic aspects of RAISA technologies.
