Members of the National Development Network, including Zangador Research Institute, gathered in Sliven for the organisation’s annual national conference amid rising civic engagement across Bulgaria. The event opened with the Perspectives forum hosted by “You Are Sliven,” where young artists and lecturer Chavdar Vlachkov highlighted the role of community, creativity, and personal responsibility in building a resilient society.
