On 17th May 2021, our expert Stanislav Ivanov had a lecture in the Destination Management and Digital Marketing Lab at the University of Sassari, Italy, as part of the Open Webinar Series organised by Prof. Giacomo Del Chiappa. Stan's lecture was on how will robots, artificial intelligence and service automation disrupt the tourism and hospitality industry.
