On 18th September 2020 our experts Stanislav Ivanov and Craig Webster participated in a webinar on robotics and automation the hospitality industry, co-organised by Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University and Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association. Stanislav and Craig discussed the economic aspects of service robots in hospitality, the robot-friendly design of hospitality facilities, sex robots, and the Uncanny valley in robot appearance.
