On 18th December 2020 our expert, Stanislav Ivanov, participated in a webinar for Ph.D. students at the International Humanitarian University, Odessa, Ukraine. The webinar was organised and hosted by Prof. Anatoliy Goncharuk, Vice-Rector for Research of the university. Stan acquainted the students with the structure, strengths of and challenges faced by the Bulgarian higher education system.
