Zangador Research Institute is a founding member of ATHENA - the Association of Tourism, Hospitality and Events Networks in Academia and our Director (Stanislav Ivanov) is a member of the Executive Board of the association.

ATHENA is an association focusing on the wider research area of tourism. Its members are tourism-related research centres/institutes throughout the globe. The association aims to internationally promote and develop tourism research collaboration between its members and beyond.
